QA/QC Introduction

QC Department was set up from the very beginning when the factory was set up to ensure the quality consistency and stability. At the time being the whole QC Department is divided into several groups:
IQC: raw material control, 100% inspection on some key parts and spot testing on others
IPQC: In-process quality control, 100% inspection
QC: 100% inspection one finished products before final packing
QA: spot testing before shipment.
